Silkscreen Artwork Guidelines
Most decoration problems are artwork problems. These are the rules that keep a print clean.
Supply vector artwork with text converted to outlines, at final size, one file per colour. Line weights below roughly 0.5 pt and reversed fine detail tend to fill in or break up on curved surfaces.
Build in registration allowance: each colour needs a small tolerance where it meets another colour, and the print area should sit clear of the container curve so the image does not distort.
